How can I request a quote or information?
For wholesale and dealership use the form on the Wholesale & Dealers page; for general questions use the contact section on the home page. The form opens your message ready in WhatsApp or your e-mail app; you press send.
What is the quote list and how do I use it?
Use “Add to quote list” on product cards and product pages to collect the products you are interested in. On the wholesale form you can enter a quantity for each product or remove it; when you send the form the products and quantities are added to your message.
Where is my quote list stored?
The list is kept only on the device you are using, in your browser’s local storage; it is not sent to our server. Clearing your browser data also clears the list.
Why are prices not shown on the site?
Prices are not published on the site. Send the request form together with your quote list for prices and terms.
What does the age shown on a product page mean?
The age shown on product pages (e.g. “3+”) reflects the age grading on the product label. The label warning always prevails. See the Toy safety page for details.
How should I care for a plush toy?
Follow the washing and care instructions on the product label. Check seams, eyes and nose regularly; do not use worn or damaged toys.
Is the information I enter in the form stored?
This site does not store form data on its server; you send the message yourself via WhatsApp or e-mail. See the privacy notice for details.
